Preventive Maintenance and Repair services on existing Radiology Equipment at IHS Ft. Yuma Service Unit.
This is a COMBINED SOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS for commercial items/service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation has been prepared with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, utilizing procedures under FAR part 13. The proposed contract action is to provide Preventive Maintenance and Repair services on existing medical equipment - Shimadzu RadSpeed PRO DR Radiographic System, model number - 21MPC294D72019 and serial number - 92566-17970-05. Services will be performed at the Fort Yuma Health Center in Winterhaven, California. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number IHS1368802. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-88, 16 May 2016. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
