The Government requests all responsible sources respond to this notice in writing including details of your ability to provide this service to all locations. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination will be based upon the responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.


The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) has a requirement for preventative maintenance (PM) and repair services on Government Owned Miscellaenous food Processing Equipment (MFP) as required as required at the Fort Leavenworth, Fort Riley, and McConnell AFB Commissaries, KS.  MFP consists of:  meat saw (band), mixer/grinder (single, tandem), rotary roll-in oven (electric, gas), mini-rotary oven with proofer, meat conveyor, meat chopper-table, meat molder-bulker, meat cleaver (horizontal), and meat slicer (automatic) and rotisserie. 

The requirement will be solicited as a 100% total small business set-aside.  The North American Industry Classisfication System (NAICS) code is 811310, and the business size standard is $7.5 million. 

Firms may indicate their interest in this requirement by submitting a statement verifying that their company is capable of providing maintenance and repair services for these locations.

Responses are welcome from small businesses and must be submitted within (15) calendar days of publication of this notice.
