The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FPC Bryan, Texas intends to make a single award  firm fixed price contract for the provision of Post Secondary Education programs: see attached Statement of Work for further descriptions of each AOE program, for inmates at the Federal Prison Camp, Bryan, Texas.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611310. This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted.

The Government contemplates awarding of a contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The anticipated Effective Date of Award is June 1, 2019. The resulting contract will include a base year through September 30, 2019. There is a possible 6 month extension period in accordance to FAR 52.217-8 (Option to Extend Services).All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations.

The soliciation will be made available on or about April 23, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbixxopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. the site proveds downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
