Post-Secondary Education Programs/College AOE
The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Post-Secondary Education Programs/College AOE Services at the Federal Prison Camp located in Bryan, Texas.
The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a base period from effective Date of Award through 12 months from effective Date of Award. The estimated anticipated Date of Award is November 1, 2018.
This requirement will also have 4 additional 12 months option years to be exercised at the unilateral discretion of the Government. All duties shall be performed in accordance and compliance with the Statement of Work. The estimated classroom participants is 20 inmates who will complete 36 hours of credit (3 semesters x 12 credit hours) with an estimated total of 720 sessions being provided for each class during each 12 month contract period. A session equal to one hour.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611310 (Size Standard: $27,500,000 million). This solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.

The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about Friday, October 19, 2018, by 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. This clause requires all contractors doing business with the Federal Government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the SAM database.
