The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Post-Secondary Education- Accredited College Course for the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Bryan, Texas.


The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611310 - Colleges, Universities, and Professional Schools. The size standard is $27.5 million. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policy and regulations. This solicitation is unrestricted.



The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base performance period with four 12 month option performance periods for renewal. The contractor will provide an estimate of 2,880 sessions (36 credit hours x 20 inmates x 4 courses) per contract year in accordance to the Statement of Work.


The solicitation will be made available on or about June 4, 2019, and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 18, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST).
