Project #652-17-923 Parking Lot Improvements 4A-4B
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richmond, VA has a requirement for a contractor to provide all equipment, labor, materials and supervision as necessary to prepare parking lot 4A and 4B for the construction of a new building addition. This work is to comply with current VA standards for hospital construction, patient care and with local building codes. - Project 652-17-923 for the Richmond Department of VA Medical Center (VAMC), 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond VA 23249.
Magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.
NAICS CODE: 238990 Size Standard: $15 Million
This phased project will consist of demolition and excavating 13,000 square feet of embankment and refilling, compacting and then placing a 3-inch layer of asphalt. Resealing 53,000 square feet of asphalt and installing 3 remote hard-wired gates in the parking area. 107 normal parking areas will be repainted along with 5 handicap parking spaces and directional arrows and fire lane painting.
This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about March 26, 2019. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 31 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
