This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SV0079-15 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-81. The North American Industry Classification System code is 322121. This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a three-year, firm-fixed-price, requirements contract Economic Price Adjustment for the following commercial item(s).
TWO ITEMS ARE BRAND NAME OR EQUAL:
PBD0011 - FOX RIVER, SELECT OR EQUAL - BRIGHTNESS 87 OR HIGHER
PBD0021 - FOX RIVER, SELECT OR EQUAL - BRIGHTNESS 87 OR HIGHER
A production sample meeting all specifications for part numbers. PBD0011-FOX RIVER SELECT (LINE #8) and PBD0021-FOX RIVER SELECT (LINE #9) are required and shall be shipped at the vendor's expense to Troy Antonson, UNICOR Print Plant, 2300County Rd 29, Sandston, Minnesota 55072 on or before the closing date of this solicitation. The package must have the solicitation number on it and identify each sampling with each part number. Late packages will not be accepted. Please read the delivery hours.
Delivery Hours:
Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays, 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM; 12:30 PM to 2:45 PM.
