Supervisor of Shipbuilding, C&R, USN, Bath, Maine has a requirement for Printer Maintenance/Support at various locations to ensure continuous Command operations. Period of Performance is from Contract to Award for Six (6) Months to One (1) Year, depending on printer. BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT. See attached Statement of Work, Printer List, and Brand Name Justification. Evaluations will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106(a)(2), Soliciting Competition. Award will be made on the basis of "best value" to the government as defined in FAR 2.101 using the evaluation criteria, listed below in order of importance:
a.Experience. Experience in providing a similar service within the past 24 months;
b.Price. Total price inclusive of all elements specified in the contractor portion of the scope of work;
c.Past Performance. Assessments / evaluations by third parties (including those prepared by others and submitted by the offeror) of recent (past 24 months) performance in providing similar services. Records contained in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) will be reviewed as part of this factor.
