The Trustees of Princeton University, a U.S. Department of Energy Prime

Contractor, represented by Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) has a

requirement for a qualified Subcontractor to Construct PPPL FLARE Project

Platform. The work will be performed at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory,

100 Stellarator Road100 Stellarator Road, Princeton, NJ 08543.

Any contractual agreement entered into as a result of this Solicitation will be a

Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Subcontract issued under Prime Contract No. DE-AC02-

09CH11466 between the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the Trustees of

Princeton University.

The term of the proposed Subcontract is from date of commencement through

completion, estimated to be two (3) months.

It is recommended that you first review the RFP's Statement of Work (RFP

Section I). If after this review you determine the work is within your ability and

you have an interest, you should then carefully review the Sample Subcontract

(RFP Section II) and the "Instructions for Proposal Preparation" (RFP Section III).
