Correct Boiler Plant Deficiencies- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23 has a requirement to Updates to the Boiler Plant due to Deficiencies at the Hot Springs VAMC, 500 North 5th Street, SD 57747-1480
The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, insurance, supervision and any other items required to complete boiler plant updates at the Hot Springs VAMC, 500 North 5th Street, SD 57747. Construction Project 568A4-18-205, will address the following updates to the Cleaver Books boilers #1 and #2:
Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, electrical, necessary demolition and certain other items necessary for the completion of this project. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA codes.
Solicitation Number 36C26319B0008 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about 31 May 2019. This solicitation will contain all necessary Scope of Work, specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project.
An Organized Site Visit is tentatively scheduled for 13 June 2019. (See solicitation when available for specific date/time/location).
Bids are tentatively scheduled to be due on or about 8 July 2019 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date/location of public bid opening).
The Period of Performance is expected to be 120 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice-To-Proceed (NTP).
THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461.
Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimated cost of the total project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
