Solicitation Number W91364-19-B-0001 is being issued as a IFB. The Ohio Army National Guard has a requirement for the Demolition of Buildings 00010, 00011 General Purpose Storage, Building 00012 USPFO Warehouse, Building 00013 USPFO Parts Warehouse, and CSMS1 Building. See attached PWS for details.
Service Contract Act applies to this solicitation. Wage Determinations can be
found at www.wdol.gov (Ohio-Franklin County).
It is not the intent of the Government to enter into negotiations. It is incumbent upon the offeror to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine satisfactory Past Performance and Price Reasonableness. Failure to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine Past Performance or Price may result in the rejection of your proposal. An award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price (IAW FAR 52.212-2(b)), of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.
