The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to inform the vendor community that DOL will be extending closing date for this RFI, date to be determined.
DOL will announce the closing date for the RFI when the responses to the clarifying questions are posted to this announcement.
The closing date will be no earlier than 3 business days from the time the clarifying responses are posted to this announcement.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information that will assist the Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Procurement Services (OPS) on behalf of the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) Division of Coal Mine Workers' Compensation (DCMWC), Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) and Division of Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation (DLHWC) with determining if industry has vendors capable of providing Comprehensive Pharmacy Benefits Management services to injured workers with claims (claimants) under one of the three employees' compensation act regulatory and statutory requirements.
This notification is a request for information from industry vendors regarding their interest, capabilities, and recommendations in developing a future proposal for Comprehensive Pharmacy Benefits Services for the OWCP's, DCMWC, DEEOIC and DLHWC. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME.
This RFI will help the OPS assess whether the marketplace has vendors capable of providing the required services and whether each vendor is capable of providing trained, professionally-certified and qualified staff to effectively manage these services per the scope of work indicated in the draft PWS.
Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail ONLY to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Roxanne Yorgason at Yorgason.Roxanne.a@dol.gov with a courtesy copy to the Contracting Officer Ms. Myla Bundy at Bundy.Myla@dol.gov. Questions must be submitted using the Q&A Spreadsheet attached to this RFI announcement. Questions are due on Wednesday March 27, 2019 by 5:00 pm ET.
Questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information.
All capability statements are to be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialist and courtesy copy to the Contracting Officer by the time and date specified on this announcement page.
