OR-MALHEUR NWR-GROUNDS MAINTENANCE
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, OR has a requirement for Grounds and Landscape Maintenance Services located at Malheur NWR in Princeton, Oregon. The anticipated performance period is from date of award until November 30, 2019 for the base period. There will be four (4) option periods if exercised as follows :
Option Period 1: March 15, 2020 to November 30, 2020
Option Period 2: March 15, 2021 to November 30, 2021
Option Period 3: March 15, 2022 to November 30, 2022
Option Period 4: March 15, 2023 to November 30, 2023
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The NAICS code is 561730 and the small business size standard is $7.5 Million.
