Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition
The U.S. Government intends to award a 5 year firm term extension using other than full and open competition for existing leases for the United States Bankruptcy Court and United States Trustees that are expiring in Columbus, OH.
The Government requires courtrooms, offices, and related space yielding a minimum of 60,176 ANSI/BOMA office area and 5 reserved structured parking spaces. The space must be located in the delineated area, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
Location: The offered space must be within the delineated area of Columbus, OH:
North: I-670
South: I-70 / I-71
East: I-71
West: Scioto River

(Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
