This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
Solicitation number 12034319Q0202 is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101- 10/26/2018.
This procurement is set aside for small business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336214 - Trailers, camping, manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
Scope of Contract: The USDA Forest Service, Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests, will be purchasing One (1) New Bumper Pull Camp Trailer.
Delivery Location: To be delivered to: Fenn Ranger Station, Moose Creek Ranger District, 831 Selway Road, Kooskia, ID 83539
Delivery Date: On or before August 22, 2019
All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following:

To be considered for offer of award, Quoters must, at a minimum, be registered "active" in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov).
The Government will make one award to the contractor which provides the lowest price technically acceptable quote, considering the following factors.
(1) Provide One New Camp Trailer that meets the Agency needs according to the attached specifications. Please provide your spec sheet for each type of Camp Trailer quoted.
(2) Deliver on or before the delivery date.
(3) Price
