NVARNG CYS Resiliency Training Facility
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation only; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W9124X-19-Q-0015 shall be used to reference on the written quote provided under this request for quote (RFQ).
This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03 (https://www.acquisition.gov/ ) effective 12 July 2019.
This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued by the Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division for the Child and Youth Services Division to provide following requirement:
Lodging for 145 PAX for the period of September 13-15, 2019
1,305 Meals (includes snacks) Starting with Dinner on September 13, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner September 14 and ending with Lunch on September 15th.
Meeting Space and Activities for 3-days and 2-nights
The contractor shall provide services and personnel to facilitate the accomplishment of all tasks outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The facility must be a self-contained camp that is located within 175 miles of the North Las Vegas Readiness Center, 6600 Range Road, Las Vegas, NV.
This solicitation is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS (FAR 52.219-6) and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 721214 with an industry size standard of $7.5 million and the Product Service Code (PSC) is X1AB.
A responsible offeror/quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Quoted pricing can be submitted via company formatting, or the SF1449 can be completed and submitted as the price quote. The SF1449 provides the contract clauses, terms and conditions for this requirement.

The government intends to award on Lowest Price meeting the technical requirements based in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with the System for Award Management (SAM), and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. In addition to providing pricing each quote must include vendor's CAGE/DUNS number, and must include point of contact information. Failure to provide SAM registration may result in your quote being disqualified from consideration. IAW FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A, prospective vendors must be registered in the SAM database prior to award. Prospective vendors should visit the SAM website at https://sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/index.jsf to register.

This is the only means of submitting questions. All questions will be consolidated and answered in the form of a solicitation amendment and posted to this site.
