This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources. The NAICS code is 621111 and the size standard is $11M. The Government intends to convert the small business set-aside Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (W81K0218A0014) to a sole source Master Blanket Purchase Agreement. Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii has a requirement for the non-personal services of an On-Call Neurointerventional Radiologist, which shall contribute to a stable workforce tasked with providing quality health care services to a diverse beneficiary population. The Contractor shall provide the services of an experienced health care professional who will provide Neurointerventional Radiologist services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Performance Work Statement at the Department of Radiology, TAMC, Hawaii. The contract Neurointerventional Radiologist must be located on the island of Oahu and be able to report to TAMC within 60 minutes of notification for other than scheduled procedures. The contractor shall provide these services on an as needed basis to all eligible beneficiaries of the military health care system who present themselves to TAMC for treatment. Please note that this is not a full-time position.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing no later than 4 April 2019 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time.

Vendors are invited to submit information demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement in the form of a capability response that addresses the specific requirement identified in this notice. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options.
