This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercialitems prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912NS19Q3008 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal AcquisitionCircular 2005-97. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339920 -Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing. This requirement is a [SDVOSB] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. Product Service Code 7830 Recreational & Athletic equipment. All proposals shall reference theRFQ number and shall be submitted by 9:00 A.M./0900 central time on 30 July 2019. The anticipated award dateis no later than 31 July 2019.
The following commercial supplies are requested (see enclosed purchase description - PD). Please utilizebelow Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) when submitting proposal. Please provide individual price as well as a total price for each CLIN as well as a total bid price.

Proposal Submission Instructions: Please submit yourquote on a Company Letter Head (include CAGE). All quotes must contain an individual unit price, any additional cost as well as a total overall price of the quote. Quote must include a technical overview, to include technical specifications, of the item/space being offered. Offeror's questions or quotes shall beelectronically submitted by email to Joshua.a.taylor64.mil@mail.mil ATTN: Joshua Taylor. All quotes shall be submitted by 9:00 A.M./0900 central time on 30 July 2019.
Question Submission Deadline: Interested offeror's shallsubmit any questions concerning the combined synopsis/solicitation at the earliest time possible, butno later than 4:00 p.m./1600. central time on 29 July2019. Questions received after this date and time willonly be considered if it is determined by the Contracting Officer to be in the best interest of the Government.
Basis of Award: Price Only. Clause 52.212-2 (found in CLAUSES INCORPORATED BY FULL TEXT) provides detailed criteria on how an offeror's quote will be evaluated in order to be determined technically acceptable. The offer with the lowest priced determined to be technically acceptable will receive the award.
