Sources Sought Notice
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of Durham VA Medical Center, is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice for small business sources (including SDVOSBs and VOSBs) for brand name or equal to Medtronic EndoFLIP System.
NEW equipment ONLY- no remanufactured or gray market equipment. Equipment must be covered under manufacturer s warranty.
This notice is seeking small businesses who are authorized distributors of the equipment.
Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: Company name, DUN#, TIN, business size, and point of contact. Also include FSS or other contract number, if applicable. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). If claiming VOSB or SDVOSB, must be registered at Vendor Information Pages (VIP).
