This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is NOT an order. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in anyway.
1.All completed quotes must be submitted via email to SSgt McDonald, Robert at Robert.mcdonald@socom.mil. All quotes are due to the responsible Contracting Officer no later than 11 April 2019 @ 10:00AM EST. Quotes shall not be accepted past the aforementioned date & time specified. This RFQ is set aside for small businesses.


2.Any questions concerning this request for quote (RFQ) must be forwarded in written form via email to Robert.mcdonald@socom.mil, no later than 26 March 2019 @ 3:00PM EST. Questions will not be accepted past the aforementioned date & time specified and telephone inquiries will not be accepted.


3.The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ type contract with an ordering period start: 25 April 2019 end: 26 April 2021 as a result of this solicitation. The parameters of the IDIQ minimum order of tasks orders: 1 the maximum order of task orders: 30, each task order shall not have more than 8 events. Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered as follow:


(1)Personnel Qualifications. The experience, education, and qualifications of personnel proposed to work on the contract will be evaluated to determine
their ability to perform their proposed duties in accordance with Statement of
Work. Personnel must have secret clearance.
(2)Technical Approach and Capability. The offeror's approach to performing contract requirements and its capability to successfully perform the contract in
accordance with Statement of Work.
(3)Past Performance. The offeror's past performance on related contracts will be evaluated to determine, as appropriate, successful performance of contract
requirements, quality and timeliness of delivery of goods and services, cost management, communications between contracting parties, proactive
management and customer satisfaction.
To be eligible for award under this RFQ, contractors must respond to this RFQ by the closing date and time as referenced above. Failure to submit the required information may result in your quotation being considered nonresponsive.


In addition, Vendors must be registered within SAM.gov. All contracts will be paid by EFT only.
