Marketing and Sales Support for UNICOR's Offset Printing and Bindery Programs
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SV0071-14 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.
This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one year, firm-fixed-price requirements contract, with four one-year option periods for the following commercial item(s):
UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Printing Group is soliciting for vendors to market UNICOR's Offset Printing and Bindery Programs based in Leavenworth, Kansas; Petersburg, Virginia and Sandstone, Minnesota. UNICOR FPI is looking for someone with the resources, expertise and motivation to assist UNICOR in advancing it's printing and bindery business.
The overall objective is for UNICOR, Services Business Group, to enter into a Firm Fixed Price requirements contract, which offers the ability to earn additional commissions, based on the dollar amount of work brought to UNICOR by the contractor.
