In accordance with FAR Part 10, the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic is conducting market research to identify qualified U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Women- Owned Small Business (WSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Small Business (SB) firms capable of performing the Data Center and Cloud Hosting Services (DC2HS) Aligned Services Support as summarized below and included in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). NIWC Atlantic is seeking capability statements that identify vendors current capabilities to perform/execute the requirements summarized in Section 1, Paragraph 7 and detailed in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Based upon the market research findings, the Government reserves the right to consider a set-aside for small businesses or one of the small business preference groups (i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, SDB, SDVO, etc.). Within a reasonable time for evaluation of responses NIWC Atlantic will post the procurement decision on e-Commerce and FedBizOpps (FBO).
