MUSEUM SECURITY AND FIRE SURVEY
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-101 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation quotations are being requested. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.
This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19-502-2. The principle NAICS is 541490, Other Specialized Design Services. Size standard is $7,500,000 in dollars. AND 541620 AND 541990.
The National Park Service, North Major Acquisition Buying Office has a requirement for the procurement MUSEUM SECURITY AND FIRE PROTECTION SURVEY. Required Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to provide a fully excluded survey.
This acquisition may result in a firm fixed price contract.
The place of performance for this requirement is at Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Multiple locations. See Performance Work Statement (PWS) for location. Server County.
The solicitation number assigned to this requirement is 140P5419Q0031. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 541490 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov.

DUE DATE FOR QUOTES: The due date response for this RFQ is No Later than Thursday, 08/20/2019 at 5 pm EST. Quotes shall be sent via email to geraldine_larsen@nps.gov with subject line: QUOTE- 140P5419Q0031. It is incumbent upon the contractor to make sure their quote is received by due date and time noted above. Quotes received after closing date and time may not be considered for award. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f).
