The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office, NCO 15, intends to release a commercial Full and Open Competition solicitation for the purchase of a Multimode Microplate Reader for Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital located in Columbia, MO. All solicitation details, to include full specifications will be included in the Request for Quote, which will be released between now and on or about August 19, 2019.
