MOBILE MAMMOGRAPHY SERVICES
The Billings Area - Crow Service Unit, Indian Health Service (IHS) is requesting quotes in response to RFQ-CSU-19-028-RDJ for the Mobile Mammography services for the Crow Service Unit, Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Lodge Grass Health Center, and Pryor Health Center. The CSU/IHS will be awarding a fixed price contract to the successful offeror for the services as provided in the scope of work.
This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items; FAR 37.4 - Nonpersonal Health Care Services, in which the contractor is an independent contractor; Part 12.603, Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items.
The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Mobile Mammography examinations for the patients of the Crow Service Unit. The technologist will complete examinations and procedures, which are used in medical diagnosis utilizing stationary/mobile equipment assigned in the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital Radiology Department.
