Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. The institution does not maintain a dock for deliveries. The truck driver will have to park on the street. We do have forklift capabilities. The truck driver will have to push the pallets to the end of the cab in order for the forklift to pull from the cab.If the Contractor is unable to fulfill an item or items on their contract and or acknowledges a mistake in their bid post award, the Government will not request FEDBID to make changes on that FEDBID buy to remove that item/items. The Contractor shall continue to be responsible for any owed fees to FEDBID thereof on that said Buy.
