CCDC Armaments Center NETMP has a requirement for information for military and broadcast video/audio handling systems. The equipment will be used in support with the CCDC Armaments Center NETMP broadcast solutions, especially as it applies to the Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology First Responders Training Exercises.
The Government is looking to identify vendors that can supply video and audio streaming network systems currently in use in the broadcast video industry in accordance with the system specifications listed below. The systems need to maintain video and audio integrity during a live broadcast over a mesh network. The systems need to handle video and audio data from camera source to display while actively adjusting bandwidths and buffer sizes to match the characteristics of the wireless environment. Vendor responses should also include information on equipment warranty, end user training, and equipment technical support where applicable.

System included real-time ARQ (automatic repeat request), adaptive rate control (ARC) and forward error correction (FEC)
MPEG2-TS technology
Simultaneously control two SDI outputs
Reference and time code input connectors
Preinstalled connection control software
Monitor output from multiple units
Multi-unit ability to tether/gang together for increased output
Original algorithms that automatically adjust bandwidths and buffer sizes
Compatible with a range of Sony cameras including the PXW-FS7M2, PXW-X70, and PXW-Z90
Multiple cameras operational on the same frequency/mesh
Unit(s) receive files transferred direct from camcorders
System works with a 4G/LTE or Wi-Fi
Embedded management GUI with advanced tools and diagnostics


The equipment shall be new and covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. No remanufactured or "gray market" items will be accepted.
