Delineated Area: To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the following area described below, which is bound by the following roads, or must front on any of the following boundary lines:

(1) North Boundary:
(a) Main St. NW
(2) East Boundary:
(b) State HWY 55
(3) South Boundary:
(c) West River Road
(4) West Boundary:
(d) State HWY 101
Clarification to above boundaries:
(1) North Boundary:
(a) Westbound from Main St. NW to South Diamond Lake Road accessed from Southbound on Ferry Street through Northbound on Dayton River Road.
(2) East Boundary:
(a) West River Road South to I-94 South accessed via Route 252 and 66th Avenue North.
(b) West River Road North to Route 610 to Highway 10 North.
(3) South Boundary:
(a) Route 55 with Eastern Boundary I-94 South to Western Boundary Route 101 North.
(4) West Boundary:
(a) Route 101 with Southern Boundary Route 55 and Northern Boundary South Diamond Lake Road accessed by Brockton Lane North and I-94 North.
