Lead Cosmetology Instructor Services
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to solicit for the provision of Lead Cosmetology Instructor Services for the federal offenders incarcerated at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) located in Alderson, West Virginia. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, and four one-year options for renewal at the discretion of the government. The estimated quantities for the base year and each option year are 1500 sessions. A session is defined as an hour. The Contractor must have a current certification as an instructor issued by the West Virginia State Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists. The Contractor must have the ability to work with an inmate population from variety of cultural, regional, racial, and ethnic backgrounds. The solicitation will be made available on or about April 13, 2016, and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov.
