The USDA Forest Service, Superior National Forest, located in Duluth Minnesota anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals to replace a concrete vault toilet, accessible picnic site replacement and repairs, new pole light fixtures, crack sealing, seal coating, and striping of a parking lot. The project is located at Laurentian Recreation Area, Mile post 70, US 53 N Virginia, MN 55792
Price range is between $80,000 and $100,000. Award is contingent upon availability of funds.

In order to receive award under this RFP the successful offeror shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). NAICS: 238290, the size standard is $15 Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to Department of Labor wage rates. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Forest Service.
