Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53214-1476 is seeking to upgrade a four-sided digital sign located outside of the Buckley Road entrance of the James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC). The dimensions of the sign must match the 1680mm x 720mm (pre-cut hole in the brick pedestal) and the sign must interface with Epic Software with PSD100. This will include any necessary installation. The Contractor shall furnish all materials to repair/replace the digital sign onsite.

Delivery Address
Delivery shall be provided no later than 60 days after receipt of order/award of contract. The contractor shall deliver line item 0001 through 0003 to CAPT. James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center, 3001 Green Bay Road, Bldg. 138, North Chicago, IL 60064-3048, Attn: Warehouse
Award shall be made to the offeror whose quotation offers the best value to the government. The government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria: Price.
