The purpose of this Request for Offer is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Janitorial Services at these Locations: Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) and Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), in Salt Lake City Utah, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates.

This is a 8(a) Small Business Set Aside. Vendorbs competing for this acquisition shall certify their status by sending their 8(a) Small Business certification letter in with their bid. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720, HouseKeeping/Janitorial Services.
