Janitorial Services
Cleaning will take place Monday through Friday except for scheduled holidays. The successful vendor will have access to the building after 6:00 pm.
Daily Schedule
Empty all trash cans and replace can liners
Remove trash from building to appropriate area
Collect all materials marked "Trash"
Clean all glass on front entranceway
Sweep and mop all tiled areas with disinfectant cleaner to include restrooms, lobby area, etc
Vacuum office areas (spot cleaning daily and vacuum thoroughly once a week)
Wipe surfaces such as file cabinets, tables, chairs if needed
Dust chairs, desks, tables, counters and furniture
Clean break room surfaces
Replenish all restroom supplies such as liquid soap, toilet paper and paper towels
Clean, disinfect, and deodorize all restroom countertops, urinals, toilets, mirrors and fixtures
