This sources sought announcement is for informational purposes only. It is not to be construed as an obligation on the part of Washington Headquarters Services/Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD). In order to proactively plan for future requirements, WHS/AD is conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested large and small business concerns capable of providing Marketing & Perception Management Support Services to support the Joint Service Provider (JSP). The objective of this requirement is to assist with understanding customer perceptions of JSP's services and brand, identify relevant influencers, analyze current customer engagement strategies, and better equip customer-facing agents to interact with customers in the event of a crisis.
