This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for a lease of one Kiosk that provides job listings and ability to apply for the listings that are updated daily via an independent wireless system that is secure. This service and lease will be provided at the Federal Prison Camp located at 4464 Ralston Drive, Duluth, Minnesota. The facility houses approximately 900 inmates, and other generic institutional elements. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611710 (Size Standard: $15,000,000). The kiosk must contain a CPU, with monitor, mouse, keyboard, and printer. All maintenance and paper will be provided by the vendor. The job listings to be provided must range from all locations in the United States of America. The Kiosk must only provide access to potential job listings and no other access to the internet or web browsers. Any resultant contract will have a performance period of a minimum of one year and maximum of five years duration. The anticipated contract is a five-year, firm-fixed-price with economic adjustments. A government solicitation to provide these services is being developed and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. Please do not submit capability statements. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
