Intent to Sole Source
AFLCMC/HBMK intends to award one (1) sole source contract to Printed Circuits Corporation (PCC), in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B). The Government has determined that only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements since there would be unacceptable delays in the event of a competition. PCC is the only firm capable of providing the mission critical supplies and is the only manufacturer of the particular PCMCIA Micro USB DTD which meets agency needs. The devices will be ordered with stainless steel cases. The devices shall be delivered in minimum batches of 500 units. The first batch will be delivered 16-weeks after contract award and each batch after will be delivered every 10-weeks. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price.
