Install Energy Retrofits FY19 (VA-19-00004628)
The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK, intends to release Solicitation 36C25919R0036 to install energy retrofits.
The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center requires Construction services from a firm to furnish all labor, tools and materials to install energy retrofits, in accordance with statement of work and all applicable specifications and drawings. Project will be performed in accordance with all the contract terms, conditions, provisions and requirements. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after March 26, 2019.
The purpose of this requirement is to install energy retrofits at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center. Work includes but is not limited to the following items; replacement of 5 air handling units with two rooftop air handling unit, replacement of one Negative Pressure/Isolation Room rooftop Exhaust fan, upgrade of heating hot water/reheat pumping, Upgrade to an existing rooftop Energy Recovery Unit, Replacement of Air terminal units, and upgrades of the interior lighting to new high efficiency LED lighting.
This full solicitation will be 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220-Commercial and Institutional Building Construction $36.5M.
This requirement is for the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center. Costs are firm fixed priced and scheduling has enough notification time to allow for the contractor to provide the service.
