The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 10 is seeking to acquire after hours call answering support services for the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. In general, the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center requires a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to answer calls into the main medical center number during the evening hours, weekends, Federal Holidays, and occasional times during normal business hours (meetings, emergencies, etc.). The Government anticipates awarding a single, firm-fixed price contract. The Government further anticipates competing this requirement as full & open after exclusion of sources, set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.
A formal Request for Quotes (RFQ) 36C2519Q0565 is to follow. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be May 15, 2019 with a due date of June 14, 2019. These dates are subject to change.
