In-State Courier Services
provision of in-state courier
services. The courier services requested include transport of urine specimens, medications and
interdepartmental communications between the following NH Department of Corrections facilities: the
NH State Prison-Men (NHSP/M), 281 North State Street, Concord, NH, 03301 and the Northern NH
Correctional Facility (NCF), 138 East Milan Road, Berlin, NH, 03570. The contract is for the period
beginning July 1, 2009, or, on the date of approval by the Governor and Executive Council of the State of
NH, whichever is later, through June 30, 2012 with the option to renew for one additional period of up to
two (2) years.
