Idaho Panhandle National Forest, 3 UTV's
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
Solicitation number 12034319Q0119 is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101- 10/26/2018.
This procurement is set aside for small business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336999 - All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
Scope of Contract: The USDA Forest Service, Idaho Panhandle National Forest, will be purchasing Three (3) New UTV's to be used year round for multiple resources. One of the UTV's will need tracks to increase mobility on varied terrains.
Delivery Location: All three UTV's will be delivered to: US Forest Service, 3815 Schreiber Way, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815.
Delivery Date: On or before August 1, 2019
All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following:

• See Attachment 1 for Item 1 Specifications; Attachment 2 for Item 2 Specifications; Attachment 3 for Item 3 Specifications.
To be considered for offer of award, Quoters must, at a minimum, be registered "active" in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov).
The Government will make one award to the contractor which provides the lowest price technically acceptable quote, considering the following factors.
(1) Provide UTV's that meet the Agency needs according to the attached specifications. Please provide your spec sheet for each type of UTV quoted.
(2) Deliver on or before the delivery date.
(3) Price
