Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic (SSC Atlantic) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a Sole Source basis to Intelligent Automation, Inc., 15400 Calhoun Drive, Suite 190, Rockville, MD 20855 Clin 0001 This requirement is to integrate with the Dive and Jump Reporting System (DJRS). The Dive and Jump Reporting System recently upgraded and moved from the Naval Safety Center's website to the Air Force Safety Module. This upgrade to the hosting and development of the new system pushed the dates of integration with the Automated Dive Profile Transmission & Synchronization/Scuba Binary Dive Application project. The current iteration of the Dive and Jump Reporting System is scheduled to be released in March 2019. This software release on the new Air Force Safety Module will permit the integration of the Scuba Binary Dive Application on the new safety module. Intelligent Automation, Inc. (IAI) is the sole designer, developer, and integrator of the analytics as a service framework and associated software, as well as algorithms currently being employed within the mobile application solution to analyze the data from the Cochran dive computer, which allows for automated acquisition and analysis of dive profile data. Intelligent Automation, Inc. continues to update and modify the current software also known as Scuba Binary Dive Application (SBDA) using their proprietary algorithm and continues to update the software for the use and benefit of this critical software component. This notice is a not a request for competitive quotes, it is a notice of intent, but the Government will accept quotes from all responsible Small Business sources with the capability to provide the support and will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due by Wednesday, 3/20/2019 by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quotes will be prepared or made available for distribution. Quotes shall include the following information: Solicitation Number: N65236-19-Q-0154, Payment Terms: FOB Point and Shipping costs if applicable; delivery date; Cage Code; POC e-mail address. The Government will accept proposals via email at: danielle.m.patrick@navy.mil. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541715. All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting invoices for payment. Information to register can be found at www.sam.gov.
