IL ARMY NATIONAL GUARD YELLOW RIBBON EVENT
This announcement serves as notice to all potential offerors that the Illinois Army National Guard, USPFO, Contracting Office, 1301 N. MacArthur Blvd, Springfield, IL 62702 (ILARNG) anticipates the release of a formal Request for Quotes (RFQ) for venue rental, lodging, audio/visual rental, and catering for the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) to be conducted 06 & 07 December 2019.
The purpose of this sources sought is to determine if there are:

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the requirement is as follows: 721110 - Hotels & Motels (Except Casino Hotels)
ILARNG is advertising its intent to post the RFQ under FAR Part 13 procedures. The formal announcement of the RFQ will provide all applicable documents for this requirement. The attached DRAFT SOW provides more details and specifications.
