Delineated Area: Cadillac, Michigan City Limits
Description: 18,536 useable square feet (18,536 rentable square feet) of office space and related space with both employee and visitor parking spaces. The term will be a 2 -year lease extension with termination rights.
Current Lease Expires: October 31, 2019
Receipt of Responses: The latest date for receipt of responses is May 24, 2019. Responses should include the proposed property location and the estimated square foot rate per year and a total estimated annual rental rate.
