The Irish Prison Service invite tenders from Human Resource providers who will build on the competencies already identified as appropriate to the grade. In conjunction with Human Resources Directorate they will oversee the design of the competition and oversee the testing session. They will also mark the exam in an impartial manner against pre-determined criteria. They will also provide expert guidance on interviews and in conjunction with Human Resources Directorate oversee stage 2 of the selection process. To this effect you are invited to tender for this.
