The Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, WV, intends to make an award in reference to RFQ 15B10118Q00000015 for the supply and installation of a name brand Dishwasher, Flight Type Hobart 2016 Model No. FT1000+Base in accordance with the requirements listed in the RFQ.
Please read the RFQ carefully and include all information requested when submitting your quote. The award date will be approximately July 27, 2018, with offers due by July 25, 2018 at 3:00 PM EST. Offers will be accepted via email or fax. The solicitation will be available on or before July 17, 2018 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition including amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this RFQ. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 333318, and the contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is lowest price. All vendors must be registered with the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov or their offer will not be considered. Payment will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). No substitutions will be accepted, no changes to the item, or this will void your bid.
