Heavy Equipment Maintenance and Services at Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton CT.
This is a total Small Business Set-Aside.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, equipment, and transportation required to perform Heavy Equipment the Maintenance services at the Submarine Base.
The contractor shall provide; dispatching services, towing and recovery services, fire pump testing, aerial device performance tests, weight verification, and road testing, non-destructive testing, positive displacement meter calibration services to the specifications of the contract.
Military unique vehicles will not be repaired.

The contract will be Firm Fixed Price/recurring with ID/IQ non-recurring items.
The contract will be performance based with a base year and four option periods.
The specifications of the heavy vehicle maintenance services fit the definition of commercial items per FAR Part 12.
Be current in your VETS-4212 Reporting if you have a federal contract or subcontract greater than $150,000.
