The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Industries, UNICOR, Phoenix, AZ intends to hold a pre-bid site visit on May 15, 2018 at 9:00 AM PST, location FPI UNICOR 37940 N 45th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85086-7058. FPI UNICOR intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of UNICOR Warehouse HVAC Unit in accordance with the Statement of Work. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220; the small business size standard is 500 employees and contract type is Firm-Fixed Price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. Each vendor is required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); information can be obtained at www.sam.gov. FPI UNICOR will award to the responsible vendor(s) whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government The solicitation will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
