Instructions for the Submission of Quotes and Other Information:
Each quoter must: (1) submit a completed (fill in total amounts on block 24) and signed SF 1449; (2) submit a completed quote schedule (attachment 3); and (3) submit signed amendments (as applicable). Failure to provide a complete package may be cause for rejection of the quote.
