This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Contractor to be responsible for the Coaching services in their respective areas of expertise at Haskell Indian Nations University, Athletic Department.
Contractor to provide services as outlined in the attached Statement of work.

Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, offers are solicited only from Indian economic enterprises (Subpart 1480.8) that are also small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be from such a concern. All Contractors submitting proposals must be registered in SAM as an ISBEE, in order to receive contract award pursuant to FAR Clause 52.204-7. Contractors are required to qualify under NAICS code 611620 and have said code notated in their SAM profile in order to participate in this solicitation.
