The Greater Yellowstone Area (GYA) agencies
(Shoshone, Bridger-Teton, and Caribou-Targhee National Forests and the Wind River/Bighorn Basin (WY) and High Desert (WY) Districts of the BLM) are to secure commercial services for the harvest of scion, mature pollen, and mature seed cones used to restore and reforest their lands and for tree improvement/seed orchard development work and scion and pollen for tree improvement/seed orchard development.
  
Contractors are required to perform all work necessary to select trees (for general collections) and to pick, bag, label, and deliver cones, scion, or pollen to delivery points.
 
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals (except those designated as Government furnished listed to perform all work necessary to select trees (if required) and to pick, bag, label, and deliver cones, scion, or pollen to delivery points.
   
Wyoming Counties:
Park, Fremont, Teton, Sublette, Lincoln, Sweetwater, Uinta, Hot Springs, Bighorn, Wasahkie, Sheridan, Johnson
 
Idaho Counties:
Fremont, Teton, Madison, Bonneville, Caribou, Bear Lake. Includes the following agencies: Bighorn, Shoshone, Bridger-Teton and Caribou-Targhee National Forests, Wind River/Bighorn Basin and High Desert Districts (BLM).

Anticipated Award:
A base plus four year options multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. The ceiling price of this program not to exceed $250,000.00 per contract issued over the five year period covered under the base with 4 one year options. Anticipate award in early May 2019. 
 
Bio-Based Products:
The use of bio-based products is anticipated in the performance of the contract. Information on Bio-based products can be found at: http://sftool.gov/green-products/8/miscellaneous.
 
A proposal meeting or conference is NOT anticipated.
